Diameter of cylinder = 7 cm

Height of cylinder  = 20-7 = 13 cm = H

\begin{align*}\text{Total Volume} &= \pi R^2 H + \frac{4}{3}\pi R^3 \ cm^2 \\ & = \pi \left(\frac{7}{2} \right )^2\cdot 13 + \frac{4}{3}\pi \left(\frac{7}{2}\right )^3 \\ & = \frac{22}{7}\times \frac{49}{4}\left(13 + \frac{4}{3}\cdot \frac{7}{2} \right ) \ cm^3 \\ & = \frac{77\times 53}{6}\\ & = 680.17 \ cm^3\end{align*}
