A speech for winning is not important than participating

It is true that participating is more important than winning. Participation shows you are willing to work hard for your goals. And it is rightly said by someone that 'hardwork dedication has no replacement'. When we participate we gather experience which is more important than getting a position. If we keep on  participating without thinking about the end result then surely one day we would succeed. We have examples of great people and their failures. We all know about Einstein, on his failures he said that he knew hundred ways of not doing that particular thing. Thus, we learn that failures too teach us good lessons in life. Even MS Dhoni didn't win in his inital matches but he kept on learning and brought the World cup for India.
