Let us choose " Case Study " as a method of studying about scientific methods keeping children's long term observation in mind.

1. First of all, select a group of students for observation and recording.

2. Seek permission from the parents of the wards or school for observing the child.

3. Choose your method, longitudinal case study method of observing some children for longer duration of time or cross sectional observation where children of different age group will be observed.

4. Choose your format of observation - structural or unstructural observation, interviewing, laboratory tests and clinical method.

5. Conclude your observations , tabulate the data and draw inferences from the data .
