\mathrm{R = R_1 + R_2+R_3}

\mathrm{R = 5 + 8 + 12 = 25\Omega}

\mathrm{V = 5V}

\mathrm{V = IR\Rightarrow I = \frac{V}{R}}

\mathrm{I= \frac{6}{25} = 0.24A}

Current through 12\Omega resistance is = 0.24 A

\mathrm{V = IR = 0.24A\times 12\Omega}

\mathrm{V = 2.88V}

Ammeter Reading, I = 0.24A

Voltmeter Reading, V = 2.88V
