(a) Least count =\frac{3}{20}=0.15 \; V

(b) (1.5+0.15+0.15)V=1.8\; V

(c) R=20\Omega

       V=1.8 \; V

       I=?

By Ohm's law

        V=IR

        I=\frac{V}{R}=\frac{1.8}{20}=0.09\; V
