                         Adult Literacy Camp

New Delhi, 17th July, 2021: Our school,  Sunshine Public School, Nellore organised an Adult Literacy Camp in its neighbourhood. For this camp we have invited people from various sections of the society. Some of them were parents of the students and others were their relatives and people from other communities. For this Adult Literacy Camp the venue was school hall and the timings were 10:00 a.m to 3 p.m.This Adult Literacy Camp was organised by the cultural society of the school and it has twenty volunteers. All these volunteers prepared the venue. The arrangements were as such that all the invited guests will be able to view the presentation prepared for them. The presentation was done in collaboration with a Non Government Organization, named Goonj which is situated in Karol Bagh. The aim of this Adult Literacy Camp was to educate, empower the adult population to take up literacy and go for employment. The camp was a huge success considering the number of participants and the responses that we gathered. The participants in the end were asked to fill up a response form to give their feedback.
