India Observes Janta Curfew because Covid-19 cases are rising above 1000, PM Modi takes this decision and requests people to be a part of Janta Curfew to fight against CoronaVirus. Several public services like Railways, Metros, and many Flights were halted on that day because of Janta Curfew. India is now Observing a 14 hours Janta Curfew until 9 PM. PM Modi had asked all the Indians to not get out of their houses between 7 am to9pm to fight the rapidly increasing cases of coronavirus. All the markets except essential goods and services will be closed for the day. Social distancing is the key to fight against this pandemic as the number of cases was on the rise which was the highest so far in a day and the states like Maharashtra, Odisha, NCT of Delhi imposed partial lockdown till the end of the month. No passenger trains will originate from the railway station from midnight 10 pm on Sunday and all the local trains will be reduced to a bare minimum as well, and Metros in Delhi suspended till the end of Janta Curfew. Many Airline companies announced that they will be operating only Domestic flights on Sunday.
