Cooperation is the bondage between two persons to maintain safety in the work. Cooperation is the most widely taught skill, Cooperation means to work together to attain a common goal. At an early age, we taught “United we stand Divided we fall”. Cooperation creates a healthy environment for employees in which work is done side by side to achieve a common goal. Taking time to understand the employees and observe their behavior, they must work with others rather than against each other. Cooperation enables people to set aside their differences and maintain a mutual solution for achieving a common goal. Cooperation helps to reduce disputes in a peaceful manner. So, cooperation is necessary for every sphere of life. If we have cooperation we can save our time. Cooperation acts as the trust between the bondage of two people because they help to rely on each other.
