Positivity can achieved through a disciplined routine. Getting things done in time can make you happy. You end up feeling productive and elated. Positivity can be achieved with having right group of people in your life- those who respect, appreciate and celebrate you.  Positivity is your approach towards life. It is in your hands to worry or to not worry about unimportant and trivial things in life. Darkness, illness and heartbreaks come and go but you are your only well-wisher in this whole world. To accept and love yourself is the ultimate act towards positivity.
