Difference between receptor and effector organs are
1. Receptors are special cells that respond to special cells whereas, effectors are the organs that produce the response.
2. Receptors are present only in the sense organs whereas, effectors are present in any part of our body.
3. Receptors send information to the central nervous system whereas, effectors follow the command of CNS.
4. Receptors are connected to the sensory nerves whereas, effectors are connected to the motor nerves.
