(a) When incident ray is parallel to the principal axis falls on a concave mirror, the ray reflects through the principal focus (F) of the concave mirror.

(b) When Incident ray is passes through the principal focus and falls on a concave mirror, the ray reflects parallel to the principal axis.

(c) When incident ray is coming obliquely to the principal axis and falls on the pole of a convex mirror, the ray reflects back at the same angle as the angle of incidence, following the law of reflection.
