It is said,” Time and tide waits for no man". Time and un-seized opportunities don't come back. Time is an infinite resource but for the human body it is not. Our time on this earth is limited and it is in our hands on how we spend it. We can either make use of it or waste it. We don't have the agency to go back in time but we can decide now how to make our tomorrow productive and happy. Punctuality implies proper use of time at the right moment instead of repenting on the lost time later. A sunrise and a sunset come everyday but each time they seem and feel different. You know it is different because it is not the same as last day's and it never will be. Time makes us realise that nothing is permanent, good or bad days, all shall pass. It is our duty to realise its worth and make it productive and happy and make good memories along the way for as long as we shall live.
