?A set is well-defined if there is no doubt whether an element belong to set or not , i.e. a set is defined so that we can clearly say whether each and every object belong to set or not.

Example: S = Badminton, Cricket, Hockey, Golf, Chess is well-defined since it is clear that each element is type of sports so it is well defined set.

(v) E = mathematics teachers in your school: It is well-defined set

(vi) F = large numbers): It is not well-defined set
