Here given the value of p(x)=x-5
In order to find zero of p(x),we have to equate p(x)
ightarrow 0
Rightarrow x-5=0Rightarrow x=5
	herefore 5 is the zero of p(x).

p(x) = x-5 

or

x - 5 = 0

Now, add 5 to both sides, 

x-5+5 = 0+5

Hence, the answer would be, 

x=5
