HOW PEOPLE SHOULD BEHAVE WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES

best_answer

The people who work for us are our employees. We pay them to work for us. The relationship between an employer and employee should be of a professional nature. Both parties should respect each other. The professional boundary should not be crossed by any of them. But one thing is to be said, that the employer should not feel that just because they are paying the employee, that does not mean that the employee is inferior to them in class or society. All humans are equals and should be treated with respect regardless of their class, status, gender, caste and race. It goes the same for the employees. They should not view their employer as a king who can order them to do anything for them and they should not feel neither inferior, nor superior to them. We all should treat others the same way we want to be treated.
