In the whole Belgium the composition is:- 59% are dutch speaking, 40% are french speaking and 1% are german speaking people. But in Brussels the composition is:- 80% french speaking and 20% Dutch speaking. Therefore in the whole belgium dutch speaking people are more but in the capital city french speaking people are more.
