Following things can be done  for the development of rural India

Educational Facilities can be improved in the villages, Evan private schools could be opened in there. Individuals, may be asked to take initatives to promote education there.

Sanitation and health facilities should be improved like public toilets should be established, awareness about cleanliness should be inculcated among people there.

Infrastructure in the village should be developed. 

Development of small scale and cottages industries should be promoted for providing employment to the majority of people so that their standard of living could be increased.

Proper credit facilities should be given to the people to promote business, agriculture and education.
