P\left ( {A}' \cap {B}'\right )= P\left ( {A}' \right )\times P\left ( {B}' \right )= \left ( 1-\frac{3}{7} \right )\times \left ( 1-\frac{2}{5} \right )= \frac{12}{35}
Note that if A and B are independent events then. A' and B' are also independent.
