Solution:     Given equations are ,

                                          ax^2+bx+c=0        ...........(1)

                                          x^2+2x+3=0          ..............(2)

            Clearly roots of Eq.(2) are imaginary , since Eq.(1) and (1) have acommon 

           root , therefore common root must be imaginary and hence both 

          root will be common . Therefore , Eqs. (1) and (2) are identical 

                                           fraca1=fracb2=fracc3Rightarrow a:b:c=1:2:3
