If the gravitational constant is decreasing intime, what will remain unchanged in the caseof a satellite orbiting around the earth?​

If the Gravitational constant is decreasing then the force between the satellite and the planet will also decrease, thereby decreasing its weight.  The tangential speed and the time period also change when G changes. But as no external force is acting on the system the angular momentum remains conserved.
