We should exercise regularly to keep our body fit. It improves muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to our tissues and helps in cardiovascular system work more efficiently. If our heart and lung health improves than we have more energy to tackle daily chores.

Exercise helps our brain health and memory. It can help in weight loss and can reduce risk of chronic disease. It requires body to burn calories.

There are many types of physical activity including swimming, running, jogging, walking and dancing.

Exercise improves our mood and disease feelings of depression, anxiety and stress. It can also help with relaxation and sleep quality.

The benefits of regular exercise can be seen easily in a person. It is very important to be  physically and mentally fit. As we heard that, "Healthy mind lives in healthy body."

To succeed in life both mental and physical development is important. One should balance between his work, rest and exercises.
