Solution:

               (p/2)[2a+(p-1)d]/(q/2)[2a+(q-1)d]=p^2/q^2

      Rightarrow       a+(p-1/2)d/a+(q-1/2)d=p/q

      Now, put p=11 and  q=41.

Rightarrow           a_6/a_21=11/41.
