 Law of Conservation of Linear Momentum:

According to the conservation of linear momentum,

If the net external force acting on a system of bodies is zero, then the momentum of the system remains constant.

As we know, \vec{F}=\frac{d\vec{p}}{dt},

If F=0 then change in momentum=0 ⇒p=constant.

     à®ƒ p=p1+p2+p3+......=constant
