 Gadgets like mobiles, television, machines etc were made for the convenience of humans. Such gadgets perform multifunctional tasks which make difficult tasks easy. They are time and energy efficient. For example- Television had brought not only drama and serials on screen, but news, sports,infotainment, and religious content too. Mobile made calling possible from anywhere, at any hour. It replaces landlines which had wires and unlike landlines, you can travel with your mobile phones. Machines made production of the majority of goods easy. But gadgets have made people lazy and that laziness has led to multiple diseases like obesity, diabetes, thyroid, etc. Such chronic illnesses at the cost of convenience. As technology is advancing, gadgets upgrade for our convenience, but it has made people dependent on technology. You can give commands on your phone and the AI will do that for you. You can switch on lights, fans,etc with the help of voice commands. Gadgets like mobile were made to shorten the distances among people but it has increased personal distances among them. If you are unable to reply to missed calls or certain texts, people misread it as arrogance or ignorance. We have to realise that gadgets were made to save time and energy, so that we could use the saved time and energy up to good use.
