School students are getting attracted to social networking sites and losing sight with the studies. The above statement is true, infact multiple researches have proved that how spending more time on social networking sites is related to decreased physical activity and obesity. It also means that children are spending more time on the internet than studying. Prolong exposure to internet can also cause eyesight problems. To deal with this problem, we should, set time for the activities on internet. We should engage more on reading through books rather than on internet and via e-books. We should watch internet under adult supervision and limit our computer usage time by buying internet packs and services in a limited manner.
