Yes, value based questions should be a part of every subject. Value based questions means those questions that test certain values such as discipline, honesty, loyalty, integrity, perseverance, accountability and deligence. These questions differ for different subjects.

Value based questions in English language can be asked from a moral story or from a lesson. An example of value based questions in English language are -

1. Why do you think tortoise win the race even though rabbit was fast?

2. What mistakes rabbit made during the race?

3.If you were in position of rabbit what will you do to win the race?

4. Do you want to be like rabbit or tortoise in the story?

5. Name the qualities of tortoise that help him win the race.
