For the longest time, we have heard and said the idiom, “Health is wealth”. The idiom focuses on the meaning that if a person is well and healthy, then that person is wealthy. If you are physically, mentally and spiritually well, only then you can focus on working and earning. Health and fitness go hand in hand. To have good health, you need to be fit and to be fit, you need to exercise regularly. Regular exercise, clean lifestyle and a good schedule are the key to good well being. Good health ensures good immunity which helps us fight diseases that may come upon us. An average human being should exercise daily at least for 40 mins to an hour. Walking should be included in our lifestyle. Human body is like a machine. To keep it running, we need to give it fuel and use it regularly. ‘Fuel’ for our body is good food which includes a balance of nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Using our body includes exercises or walking or running. A 5km daily walk is advised to keep our body in motion. Health should be a person’s priority. We should all prioritise taking care of ourselves. No amount of money can keep you fit and healthy, it is only in your hands to make that effort for yourself.  Our well being is in our hands.
