SMOKING- THE GREATEST HEALTH HAZARD

In all visual platforms, may it be videos or movies, it is always said that “Smoking is injurious to health”. But despite such warnings and campaigns that enlightens its hazard, people still smoke. Smoking is said to be a stress reliever. Smoking is an addictive habit. It calms a person and makes them think clearly, but at what cost? It decreases your immune system, damages the lungs severely and puts the person at the risk of cancer. But with such easy access to it, it is no less than an addictive drug. People of all ages are smoking nowadays. Even doctors, who advise us against it, smoke due to the stress of their jobs. But we have to understand that stress is a part of life. No one is away from it, but we have the power to find a positive space in our health, may it be mental or physical. To quit smoking, the person must find a reason to quit it, so that you don’t relapse. A human life is too short to be bound by such misery as smoking. DON’T SMOKE, SAVE YOUR LUNGS.
