Unhygienic school canteens pose a risk to students, due to a lack of monitoring the school canteen rather than bringing their lunch from home. The biggest concern is they lack the hygiene level of the Junk foods which attracts students in the school. We don't know the conditions about how the food is prepared. Especially in the case of fried items, there is using Oil which is a very low-quality product and not replaced for many days. Through which the health of the children affects and leads to food poisoning and dehydration. School authorities should take notice of this matter and ensure they prepare them in hygienic conditions. And good quality food should be available to the students.
