60% female employee means 6 out of 10

and, 65 % female employee means 6.5 out of 10

but number of female empleoyee cannot be in decimal hence we have to find a whole positive number. Now let's double this value.

60% ==> 12 out of 20

and 65% ==> 13 out of 20

now 20 can be the number but the female employee have to be between 12 and 13 which will again result in decimal value which is not possible. Now if we tripple the value we will be again getting decimal but doing 4 times the values we will be getting favorable number, i.e.

60% ==> 24out of 40

65%==> 26 out of 40

hence 40 will be the minimum number of employee the company can have.
