let the original number= 10x + y
So according to the question

x + y = 15
or y = 15 - x
So

Original number = 10x + y
and Reversed number = 10y + x

So according to the question
10y + x = 10x + y - 27

now after Substituting y we get
10(15-x) + x = 10x + 15 - x - 27
150 - 9x = 9x - 12
18x = 162
x = 9
y = 15 - 9
y = 6
Therefore, the original number is 96.
