A  noun is name of a person, place, animal or thing. Example: Rohan and Ganges river are name of a person and name of a river respectively. 'Rohan' is a personal noun as his name his unique identity of a human and used only to address him.

A pronoun is a word that is used instead of a noun as to avoid repition in a sentence. For example : Rahul came to school. He did his homework. 'He' is pronoun in the sentence as to avoid repeating the name Rahul

A personal pronoun is a word we use as a substitute to a personal noun to avoid repitation of the same. The personal pronoun are used in first person, second person and third person. It tells us about the gender, number or the case of noun it replaces. Examples: I , them, they, their, he, she,those etc.
