If your best friend is upset with you without any reason and on asking is not telling you any reason. Then, you should leave your friend alone for sometime. May be there is something going wrong in his/her  personal life. Talk to other friends of yours and maintain contact with them. Also, talk to this friend of yours who is upset politely by greeting them Good Morning, Good afternoon! Wait for sometime your friend will start talking to you.
