H_{d} line is the first line of Balmer series. That is when the electron jumps from orbit n=3.

V=RC\left [ \frac{1}{2^{2}}-\frac{1}{3^{2}} \right ]

      = RC\times \frac{5}{36}

      =1.09\times 10^{7}\times 3\times 10^{8}\times \frac{5}{36}

     \approx 4.57\times 10^{14}Hz
