On Dec 1916, Gandhi went to Lucknow for the occasion of the Indian National Congress Party and there was a Peasant from Champaran named Rajkumar Shukla and then Gandhiji met him there to complain about the Injustice of the landlord system in Bihar. Shukla Ji wanted Gandhiji to his native land where there is a place he never heard of but it was situated in the Himalayas near the Kingdom of Nepal.
