Subject- missing debit card

Dear Sir

This is to inform you that I was supposed to receive my new (updated) debit card from your branch. I received the envolve yesterday stating that the debit card is inside but when I oped the envelope, it was empty. There was no card inside, though the envelope was sealed. I wish to complain regarding this.

Kindly take the necessary steps to block or deactivate the card if required. Also send me my debit card again.Details of my bank accont are attached with the letter.
