Sir, Respectfully I beg to say that there is frequent telephone disorder in my colony. Most of the telephones in this colony are lying dead. We are facing problem due to this. We are not getting information from our relatives. Sometimes they start functioning but then wrong numbers are connected. I , therefore, request you to take some steps so that this inconvenience of frequent telephone disorder may be relieved.
