Subject- Regarding information about the infrastructure of the college

Respected Sir/ Ma'am,

This is to draw your attention towards the condition of infrastructure in the college. Recently, in the monsoon season there was a lot of damage to the walls of the auditorium. The AC in the hall is also not functional. Although, the sound system is working fine. Along with light and fans. There is stil need for providing budget for infrastructure. Kindly look into this matter. I  shall be very grateful to you
