Milkha Singh was born on 20th November 1929. And he recently passed away due Covid-19 on 18th June 2021. He was an Indian track and field sprinter who was introduced to the sport. He was also known as the flying sikh. He also served in the Indian army. He was the only athlete to win gold at 400 metres at the Asian Games and Common wealth Games. he also won gold medals in 1958 and 1962 Asian Games. He has a book written on his name, 'the race of my life'.
