Dear Rohan,

Hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. It has been a while since we last met. And now the pandemic has hit the world. The whole country is under lockdown. Since all of us are at home, we all try to contribute our bit to it. 

My mother is a homemaker. We are a family of four and when the lockdown was announced, my mother was primarily worried about the house work. We have a 3BHK house so it is difficult to manage it alone. We promised to help her clean and manage the house. We all divided the chores amongst us so, yesterday, I helped by mopping the floor and doing the dishes. These tasks seem trivial but are not. We take a homemaker's work for granted. Despite having domestic help, there are endless chores to do in a house, such as keeping it clean and maintained. Every employee has a Sunday off but they don't. I felt tired just after doing all these activities, but my mother dusted the house and prepared all three meals for us. I mopped the house with such dedication, that the floor was shining clean as well as the washed dishes. I was proud of myself for helping out in the house as well as being productive in it. I always have and always will appreciate a homemaker's job. It is a selfless job. Other than this, I am really enjoying my time with my family. We exercise together, eat together, play indoor games and all. Thanks to my family, my quarantine is going well. I felt really sad seeing the situation of our country during these hard times, especially the poor. they were badly hit the most.
