Dear Diary

Today, I was home alone as Mummy and Daddy has gone out of station for one day at our uncle's house for some work. They left me home as they think I m a responsible boy now, but I am very guilty for not taking my responsibilities seriously. They have given methe responsibility of taking take care of Tommy, our pet dog. But I was so engrossed in myself that I neglected him by not taking him for the walk, nor I have changed his place, he was tied up at one place only, for the whole day. I have given him food and water but that is not the way, mummy used to look after it. He even tried calling me twice for play but I neglected him. At night. I found him sad. I am sorry for neglecting him. I also said sorry to it and now it is sleeping with me.
