Subject: Complaint against faulty Television bought last month

Sir/Ma'am,

I am writing to seek your assistance regarding a complaint I have. Last month, I bought a "Sony Bravo LCD" from your store, precisely on 3rd February 2021. I got it installed a week later and since than it has not been working properly. The T.V. is showing black and white lines on the screen. It started with a single line but now has increased into a multiple of them.The remote sensor is not working properly also. I have changed its multiple cells but the T.V. still does not sense it. It has been a month and the device keeps getting worse. Your store had assured assistance in case of any problem regarding the device during purchase.

For your convenience, I have attached a photocopy of the bill and the details of the T.V.

I look forward to hearing from you within 10 days with a solution on this matter. If I don't hear from you or this matter doesn't get resolved then I would be forced to report your store to the authorities and will consider taking legal action against it.
