One of my friend is participating in a group dance competition. However, she didn't attended rehearsals.The rest of the group is annoyed with her. I will give her two advice firstly, that she should not waste other people's time. If she has committed to something then she should fulfill her commitment. She should arrange her lifestlyle and make arrangements for the same. She is also responsible for informing other people about her absence and think of ways to make it up to the group and make time for learning what she left. 

The second advice would be that she should leave the dance if she not able to cope with the competition and she should arrange someone in her place so that the group and dance competition doesn't suffer in her place. She should take responsibility for her actions.
