Give yourself more than enough time to review the material that was covered in your previous class. Only you know how long it takes you to study, so you are the best judge of when to start studying.

  • If the syllabus of the exam is difficult for you, start studying early. Give yourself enough time to truly grasp the syllabus, practice it and then review it.

  • After reviewing it, take the time to do your revision and consider how much time you might need for each subject.

  • Get a full night's sleep before the exam. Your brain needs time to subconsciously digest everything you've put into it, therefore begin early, you do not have to be compelled to sit up all night.

  • Make a study timetable that fits your way of studying and do not leave anything for the last minute. 

  • While some candidates do seem to thrive on last-minute studying, often this way of partial studying is not the best approach for the exam preparation.
