The structure of Ethylene Glycol is given below: 

Molar mass of Ethylene Glycol = 62 g

\therefore Moles of Ethylene Glycol = \frac{83}{62}

\mathrm{\therefore molality= \frac{83\times 1000}{62\times 625}= 2.14}

Now,

\begin{aligned} \Delta T_{f} &=K_{f} \times m \\ &=1.86 \times 2.14 \\ &=3. 98 K \\ & \cong 4 K \end{aligned}

\mathrm{\therefore Freezing\; point= \left ( 273-4 \right )K= 269\ K}

Hence, the answer is 269
