Answers (1)

Assume reaction starts with 1 mole A

\left(\mathrm{t}_{1 / 2}=\frac{\mathrm{a}}{2 \mathrm{k}}, \mathrm{K}=\frac{1}{2 \times 50}\right)

For 75% completion

\begin{aligned} & \mathrm{a}-\frac{\mathrm{a}}{4}=\mathrm{kt} \\ & \mathrm{t}=\frac{3}{4} \frac{\mathrm{a}}{\mathrm{k}}=\frac{3}{4} \times \frac{100}{\mathrm{a}}=75 \end{aligned}
