\rightarrowTlime of flight depends on vertical speed.

\mathrm{T=\frac{2 u_y}{g}=\frac{2 u \sin \theta}{g}}
\rightarrowAs the time of flight is same for both of them, the maximum vertical hight will be same.

\mathrm{\Rightarrow \therefore \frac{1}{x} =1 }

\mathrm{x =1}
