\\ \text{At poles, the apparent weight is same as the true weight. Thus,}\\ \mathbf{49 N}=\mathbf{m g} \ \text{(as given)} \\ \text{At the equator, the apparent weight is}\\ \mathbf{m g}^{\prime}=\mathbf{m g}-\mathbf{m} \omega^{2} \mathbf{R}\\ \text{So, weight will be less than Mg at equator.}\\ \text{Hence from options only (4) has lesser value than 49N.}
