We know a formula:

Number of radial nodes = (n -l-1)

given n = 4, m= -3

So, l = 0,1,2,3  

Now, we know 

for only l = 3

m = - 3 to + 3,

So,

Number of radial nodes = (4 -3 -1) = 0

Ans = 0
