Induced Current -

I= \frac{\varepsilon }{R}= \frac{Blv}{R}

 Induced emf \varepsilon = Blv

 induced current i = \frac{\varepsilon }{R}

i = \frac{Blv }{R}

i = \frac{5 \times 10^{-4}\times 1\times 4 }{0.5}\times 10

i =4 mA
